Tenuta Rocci Cerasoli is a place of authentic beauty, where history, nature and hospitality blend in harmony. At the center of the estate stands its beating heart: a Historic Palace from the 18th century, a finely restored rural residence, now transformed into a refined space dedicated to living, tasting and sharing.<\/p>

A Restoration that Tells<\/h3>

The history of the Palace has its roots in the second half of the 18th century, when the structure was born as a manor house and headquarters for agricultural activities. The ground floor housed stables, warehouses and accommodation for farmers, while the first floor was intended for the noble family, with spacious rooms and panoramic views of the Salento countryside.<\/p>

During the restoration, every stone, every vault, every original element was respected and enhanced. The design choice was clear from the beginning: to preserve the authenticity of the building, adapting the spaces to modern life without distorting its peasant soul. The intervention has managed to keep the original charm intact, integrating elegant furnishings and contemporary comforts in a context steeped in memory.<\/p>

Suites and Rooms: Elegance with a View<\/p>

The first floor of the Palazzo welcomes guests in environments designed to offer relaxation and beauty.<\/p>

The Deluxe Suite, with its large spaces, frescoed walls and large windows overlooking the pool and garden, is an oasis of discreet luxury and comfort. The bathroom with a hydromassage tub completes the wellness experience.
The Superior rooms, bright and refined, represent a perfect balance between rustic Salento and contemporary design. The silence, the scents of the countryside and the morning light make every awakening a special moment.

Il Torrino: Kitchen with a View<\/h3>

In the heart of the Palace is also the Caf\u00e8 Bistrot \u201cIl Torrino\u201d, the restaurant reserved for guests of the Estate. An exclusive environment, where Salento cuisine is interpreted with respect and creativity. The large windows allow you to admire the agricultural landscape, where olive trees, prickly pears and natural rocks intertwine in real open-air \u201cgreen lounges\u201d.<\/p>

The ground floor of the Palazzo hosts:<\/p>

  • A bright meeting room, perfect for private events, banquets and business meetings. The large adjacent patio offers an outdoor outlet to continue outdoor activities, surrounded by the quiet of the countryside.<\/li>
  • An experiential shop, small but well-kept, where it is possible to taste and purchase typical products of Salento, together with wines and extra virgin olive oil produced directly on the Estate.<\/li><\/ul>
