In our Cooking Lab you will enter the heart of Salento’s gastronomic tradition, rediscovering ancient flavors through gestures passed down through generations. You will learn how to prepare homemade pasta and Apulian orecchiette, the symbol of a patient and loving manual skill. Among chatter, laughter and flour on your hands, you will learn the little secrets of the grandmothers of Puglia, living an authentic and convivial experience. And as per tradition, at the end of the class we will all gather around the table to enjoy together what we have cooked, toasting with a good glass of local wine and sharing stories, flavors and smiles.

Late Breakfast: a breakfast without schedules, between prickly pears and pomegranates

Our Late Breakfast is an invitation to be guided by the rhythm of the body and the earth: every morning you can walk among vineyards, pomegranates and prickly pears, pick the seasonal fruits and enjoy them on the spot. A genuine, rich and nutritious breakfast, to be enjoyed in the open air, surrounded by the silence of the countryside and the scent of freshly baked bread, homemade jams and extra virgin olive oil produced on our estate.
