he estate's restaurant is located inside the historical building. A restaurant with local Salento cuisine, access to which is reserved to our guests. Like in a theatre, thanks to the large windows, it is possible to observe our olive trees and our "natural living rooms" recreated by the splendid interweaving of prickly pear trees, olive trees and natural rocks. During the summer, dinner is served outside, in the back of the building, where you can enjoy a unique atmosphere, surrounded by the magnificence of the ancient stone seats and the beauty of our countryside.
Dinner
Our Bistrot offers the guests of the Estate local Salento cuisine, with some pleasant rivisitations, without ever altering the typicality and tradition that the “Salentine nature” of our dishes imposes on us. In our restaurant in Salento, you can taste typical zero-chilometer products, the real ones: vegetables from our garden and a wide selection of Apulian wines that accompany your meals. The extra virgin olive oil from our olive groves, the delicacies from our garden and the warm welcome represent the ideal combination for an experiential cuisine that offers traditional Apulian dishes enriched by recipes jealously guarded and handed down by the women of this land.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the large room of the bistrot, colored by the cakes we bake, by the aromas of freshly baked croissants and pastries, yogurt, cereals, jams of various flavours, honey, creams, biscuits and fresh seasonal fruit. For guests who like to start the day with a savory breakfast, our proposal includes our tasty rustico, freshly sliced salami, cheese and mozzarella, sandwiches, warm bread and the timeless and nutritious scrambled or hard-boiled eggs served with crispy bacon , tomatoes and vegetables from our garden.
